2. In an internal application that manages the booking engine and interfaces with the Property Management System software

Personal Data for \u201cFrequent Customer\u201d purposes, namely \u201cName\u201d, \u201cAddress\u201d, \u201cTaxpayer Number\u201d, \u201cPhone Number\u201d, \u201cEmail\u201d, \u201cDate of Birth\u201d and \u201cHistory of Stays\u201d, will be stored in our Property Management System for a period of one year (renewable only with your express consent) and will serve to expedite the process of creating a new reservation and allow preferential conditions \/ courtesies resulting from setting up a Frequent Customer and also to provide you with a personalized and quality service.<\/p>\n\n

Your Personal Data will be stored for a period of 1 year (renewable only with your express consent). In the event that you do not obtain your consent for the prolongation of storage, your Personal Data will be immediately deleted on all media (paper or digital).<\/p>\n\n
